Rate your Soul is centered around enhancing your Soul Cycle experience. We are here to offer fellow riders first-hand accounts and individual opinions of the style and spirit of various instructors. We all have different music tastes, endurance levels and emotional needs. This forum is designed to give each rider a roadmap to assist in choosing an appropriate class. We provide both a glimpse into what to expect from the instructor and information on the typical substance of his/her class. While constructive criticism is welcome, this site is not designed to disparage an instructor.
